Naked Leather Vests
The natural full-grain naked leather constitutes about 10% of leather production, will wear better than other leather, and will actually improve over the years. This type of leather is the ultimate riding grade; the rarest, most sought after, and consequently the most expensive.
Buffalo Leather Vests
Water buffalo leather is the strongest and most durable leather available. Many times it can be identified by the visible pores in the leather.
Lambskin Vests
Lambskin is used extensively for Leather Vests and other apparel where the softness is appreciated.
Cowhide Leather Vests
Cowhide Leather is the most common leather type in Motorcycle Apparel. There are several grades of cowhide leather -- naked, premium (top grade), or milled (split) in order of quality. It is sturdy and strong and stays that way for great periods of time.
