These quality Chaps have two Zippered Pockets and come with a zip-out lining in addition to our standard mesh lining. Thigh measurement is maximum measurement of chaps. Thigh size is not adjustable. Waist is adjustable +- 4", and chap extenders can be used to extend waist size.
