These chaps in naked leather, the top grade of leather available, have a quilted liner, 4 pockets (two snap close, 2 zip close), and YKK zippers. Thigh measurement is maximum measurement of chaps. Thigh size is not adjustable. Waist is adjustable +- 4", and chap extenders can be used to extend waist size.
